Shipping and cross-border orders
Before checkout opens, we will publish the destinations we serve, shipping charges, dispatch information and how any import duties, taxes or carrier fees are handled. No delivery date or free-shipping offer is currently being made.
Returns and refunds
The direct-order return and refund policy will be published before we accept orders. Please do not send a return without contacting us for instructions. Orders placed through another retailer remain subject to that retailer’s order process.
