If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include and use it to respond. Please do not email payment-card details. Product enquiries do not sign you up for marketing.
Store features and cookies
The site uses WordPress and WooCommerce for product information and store features. Essential cookies or local browser storage may be used to maintain a shopping session, remember cart contents or support administrator login. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling essential cookies may affect store features.
Technical records
The web server may record IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and timestamps for security and reliability. The website is hosted on DigitalOcean. Support email is handled through Namecheap Private Email. Links to social platforms take you to third-party websites.
Payments and future orders
Stripe has been selected for payment processing, but payments are not currently enabled. Before direct ordering opens, this policy will explain how contact details, billing and shipping addresses, order records and payment references are used and shared with payment and delivery providers. Do not submit card details by email.
Marketing and your choices
We do not currently run advertising pixels or marketing signup forms on this website. We do not sell personal information. Contact us to ask about information you have supplied or to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
